This contractor advertises he has been in business for over 30 years and has many employees. He only had 9 when he worked for me and could not get them to stay on the job to complete it fast. He really bought the company 6 years ago while it was doing a good businress. Now he gives an estimate and after he starts the project he starts coming to the business or homeowner saying "That is not covered and I have to collect more." If you pay him in advance he will not want to refund what he owes you and just abandons the job leaving you high and dry to find someone else to finish it.

This looks familiar, I just finished a job that a contractor stuck a customer with. What a mess. I have been uncovering plenty on this said contractor and it seems that there are several complaints on this contractor whos job I just finished. He is going to file bankruptcy from what we last heard. This is not just a nightmare for the customer, but the person who has to go in and finish his work. They also left before the job was done. Lots of guess work.
