Looking for a safe, secure, stress-free way to use money on your vacation? DON'T GET A VISA TRAVELMONEY CARD!! I paid 12.95 to get it, but I couldn't load money to the card online (as registered) because my bank doesn't do the brand new "Verified by Visa" service. My bank says it's so new that they haven't completed the several months of security testing to make sure it's safe. SOOOOO, I can't put money on the card unless I carry cash all over town to load the card at the "cash express" shops. Additionally, I can't load more than $1000 in a 24-hour period. Additionally, there is a $4.95 ATM charge out of the country. After several hours online and on the phone with their customer service, I have decided to take my own ATM Check Card from my bank. They're much kinder, easier to work with, don't charge me for everything, and safe, secure, and stress-free. All the things that the Visa TravelMoney card through NetSpend and AllAccessTravelMoney.com are NOT. I can't get my $12.95 back and am not able to get a refund of the initial deposit without being charged for it. AAAUUGH!!!
