It has come to our attention that this GROUP MASQUERADING as legitimate LENDER is again carrying out their activities. Soliciting innocent desperate helpless victims. Phone Number: 866-815-8159 Fax: Hi my name is Melissa and I was contacted by Shawn Carter of immediate Financial Services indicating that I was approved for a $5000.00 personal loan. He had told me that the only thing I have to do is send him a copy of my drivers license, social security card, and one pay stub. As well as $1250.00 as a down payment to this loan. He has also told me that the loan was for 2 years at a 7.5% fixed rate and that I would be paying back a total of $5858.40 and that after my payment the pay back amount would be $4608.40. I have been trying to get the money up to send him and he had stated after recieving the documents he would then fax me the contract and then to sign and send the money. Well I have desperatly wanted to do this and have been asking family members to help out so I could get this money as we are in such need of it. Well luckily I have not sent any money or documentation and decided to get up today and look at thier website to see if I could read further into the loan. I was wondering what the need was for the money down and to make sure I was not being scammed. Well I have found no such website and all I have found is people who have been pulled into this scam. I am so very sorry for all that have been affected by these awful people. I myself have 3 children and a mortgage and car payment as well as Christmas coming and with my husbands layoff I thought this loan could have not come at any better time. I am so happy that I have come across your stories as you have saved my family from some serious financial hurt. As well as emotional ruin which I could not take at this moment. When this Shawn Carter does call me back I can tell you he is gonna get an earful for myself and all of you. I am so sorry from the bottom of my heart that you have been through this great ordeal. If there is anything I can do please let me know. I know they have not gotten my money but they have tried and I would like to help and put a stop to this if I can. I would love to hear from Tom or Samantha or anyone else that has been affected by this lets all work together to protect the innocent that they may be preying on next.
