Contracts are important for both the person having work done and the contractor doing the work. You should be sigining contracts for evey service you have done around your house or business. They protect you by: Spelling out the price Explaining the scope of the work Providing due dates/completion Dates. Remedies for breach of contract and much more. Don't even have your lawn cut without a contract they are that important. |
