I needed some quick cash and so I ended up borrowing 200 bucks from www.unitedcashloans.com. I now have enough money to pay the loan off, but for some reason, I am not receiving my renewal documents in email any more. Once they started taking extra $$ out to help pay down the loan, the renewal documents stopped. I tried going to their website and asking about the documents but a couple of things occurred: 1) They don't have a customer service contact number, and 2) whenever I put in my email address to request a password for the website, they don't have my email on file. Even though I KNOW they did because I used to get documents from them. So now I am worried that my loan will never get paid off, that they will just keep ****ing me for money. I searched the net and I can't find any customer service number for them, the bank couldn't find one. Can I put stop payments on it from my bank? What would they do? Phone Number: 800-354-0602 Fax: I borrowed 250$ in February 2006 for an emergengy. I read the fine print and UCL said they would take out 50$ every two weeks and the loan would remain open. I didn't really understand this and figured part of the money would go to the balance. That was MY fault. They took out four payments of 75$ and I figured I was close to paying the loan off. I tried calling and calling even on different days and the number they gave me ALWAYS had a full mail box so I couldn't even leave a message. I e-mailed five different times and nobody e-mailed me back. I figured I was close to paying off the bill. On the 4th time I was charged 75$, I put a stop payment on all 75$ tranactions on my account. They proceeded to take out 50$ and then 60$. I was finally able to get a hold of someone and asked her what I owed and what I need to do to pay off the loan. I still owed 260$!! I asked her how I had to pay it off. She told me that I needed to call three days in advance, they would fax me a paper to SIGN and I had to fax it back. If not they would take out 60$ and that would be applied to the balance. I NEVER recieved a fax. I didn't sign anything. They ended up taking out 335$ without an e-mail, a call, anything. I plan to take this to court, but I am planning on changing my bank account anyway. 745$!!!!! For a 250$ loan. Please, if you are thinking about taking out a loan, DON'T. On 12/11/06 I applied for a $300 loan to help out for Christmas. I was denied the loan at first, then was approved the next day. I found out when I just so happened to check my account the next morning. The first payment of $90 dollars was expected but then after the 3rd payment I only expected to to pay the remaining $30! To my surprise they have continued to tax my account for $90. I now have to close my account and chalk it up as a loss over $300 and here it is February 2007. PLEASE DO NOT BORROW FROM THIS COMPANY EVER! BROKE IN CHICAGO |

It took me 30 minutes to talk to someone then they give attitude and said it is not their fault I didn't read my stuff...and even if I had got a $250 loan any withdrew already $450 I still have not paid my loan they said that was just renewal money CAN U BELEIVE THIS???? I AM JUST SO PISSSED what can be done???!!! |

Hey... I have a loan with them also... once I figured out how to contact them I've had no problems with their company. The phone number is 1-800-279-8511... If you want to talk to someone immediately go to the website... then type in the first page of information as if you were getting another loan... at the bottom of the second page there will be an icon for live online help.. you'll see a lady with a headset on it... click it and in a few seconds you'll be talking to someone who can help answer alot of your questions... the person I talked to gave me my user name and password. I received an email from them, but it didn't have any of that information... it ****ed that I had to go through all that to get it... but I finally did and the company has been great ever since. |

Well after that complaint CASH LOANS decided to drop everything else and never to do business with me again....THANK GOODNESS...so I recommend to contact BEtter business of Oklahoma ...they need to know about these people!! plus my bank helped me out!! |

Offered me a smaller payment in order to clear out the loan. I wrote them back and told them exactly when my balance was paid off. I received a letter stating they were sorry and sent me a letter that said I had a zero balance. TODAY I received their usual 'requested doucuments' email saying that I am requesting another loan for $300.00 !!!!!!!
