Here is our story...

A "lady" named "Victoria Goodwin" called my husband about a personal loan he had applied for. He had told her that he was busy and if she could call him back. About a week later he got another phone call from this same company, however this person's name was "Pam Kendall". She told him that he was still approved but needed some additional info from him. He had her talk to me, he is a small business owner and exceptionally busy. She told me that he had been approved for a 25000.00 loan, that the fixed interest rate would be 6%, payments 364 and some change a month for 7 years. She said that she would be faxing us the paperwork to look at carefully, sign and then fax her back the signed papers as well as: 2 check stubs, driver's license and s.s. card. Well we did all of this. She had told us that due to the fact that we didn't have a co-signer or the type of collateral that they were willing to accept, we own property and our building for business with clear deed, that we would need to pay 10% of the loan money for a security insurance on the loan. Ok now, if I had been thinking clearly and not excited for him to be able to get this loan it would have hit me that a deed to property is an excellent source of collateral in our area. But to make a long story short, we ended up having to wire 2500.00 via western union and moneygram to 3 "persons" all in Windsor, Ontario Canada. Needless to say, once the last wire went through, we have heard NOTHING from these people. They won't return our phone calls and amazing enough this "Victoria Goodwin" and "Pam Kendall" sound like the same person. I did some checking on them too late...their address belongs to an Art Studio according to the Atty. General's Office in WA and they are not licensed anywhere.
I hope they enjoy their "freedom" while they have it because I have filed a complaint with the FBI.
They have P****D off the wrong people this time. My husband is in bad health, I have 2 young kids and my 75 yr. old mother-in-law lives with us with her failing health. I have never desired a trip to Seattle WA like I have for the past week!
I hope someone burns these crooks for what they are doing to people's lives.
