Any loan company that ASK you to send payment to them via western union is a WARNING. THIS IS A SCAM. Pathetic thugs, crooks, scumbags, criminals whose primary purpose is to get you to cash fraudulent checks and later send funds to them using western union or moneygram.

Diane Willrich called me to notify me that I was accepted for a loan with their company. She started by telling me that she knew about my debt. She also knew about my wanting to consolidate my debt, so I could pay it off and have one monthly payment. I went to a website, and their website looked credible. Their website however, is no longer available.

They also promised me that after I made a payment of $1,232.00 I would have a secure loan. I don't have the greatest credit so I accepted that as a normal business option. After I sent the money to them, they stated that the loaner they were doing business with wanted more money from me.

Originally they stated that I would recieve the money in my account no later than 24 hours after they received my down payment on six months payment of the loan which came out to the 1,232.00 that I sent them. They said that they needed more money from me, and I would recieve a 30,000 loan instead of the 20,000 loan that we agreed upon, and the loan in which they already signed papers on, as well as me. This sounded strange to me, so I asked for a refun instead thinking I could take my money and at least pay my bills.

I haven't recieved a refund, and I can't get in touch with them anymore. Their phone number doesn't work, and it seems as if they have disappeared with my money, and who know who elses. I just want to see what I can do about this, and whoever learns about this, never send money up front for a loan, I had to find that out the hard way.
