Beware of an Ebay seller known as Delmonte Dennis. He is using PO Box 262 in Daytona Beach, Florida, 32114 to accept payments. He endorses his checks 'Delmonte Dennis'. He offers consumer electronic devices such as camcorders and playstations, takes the money, then doesn't deliver and doesn't refund. There are 4 Ebay users I know of who were defrauded by Delmonte Dennis during the month of October 2005. He has operated under the Ebay usenames mrghprice (suspended) and ryanchagerty. Those usernames may have been hijacked by him. Delmonte Dennis is registered in the college peer network Facebook. His college address in Facebook is also listed as PO Box 262, Daytona Beach, Florida, 32114. As of October 31, 2005, his Facebook page shows his residence to be Bethune Cookman College, Thompson 113, Daytona Beach Florida, 32114. Internet fraud can be reported to the FBI. They will relay the info to the appropriate authorities, such as the local police department and other agencies that have jurisdiction. https://www.ifccfbi.gov Fraud involving the USPS can be reported here: http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors...dComplaint.htm Fraud can be reported to the Florida Attorney General's office: http://myfloridalegal.com/Contact.ns...conomic_Crimes Fraud and theft can be reported directly to your local police department and the Daytona Beach Police Department: http://www.ci.daytona-beach.fl.us/police/ |
