Created in September 1999 at the initiatives of 50+ Belgian entrepreneurs, E-Capital is an investment fund dedicated to the funding and/or the take-over (MBO, MBI) of small and mid-sized unquoted companies.

Its core market is made up of companies, based in Belgium, with a turnover ranging from 5 to 50 Mio Ђ. The fund does not focus on any particular industry sector.

E-Capital might consider also investing in smaller companies, provided they have significant growth potential and have an undisputable technological competitive advantage.
