Flim Flam Man "Dr." John M. LaTourrette, "Ph.D"

John LaTourrette is a slippery fellow currently selling a number of trainings and DVD type courses such as "Silva Ultramind's Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing The Next Evolution in Mind Power by Dennis Higgins and Dr. John M. LaTourrette, Ph.D.", which contains a fraudulent claim regarding the author John M. LaTourrette. LaTourrette is most certainly NOT a Ph.D, and in fact purchased his Ph.D from a non-accredited corresponce degree mill called Columbia Pacific University. This phony degree mill was found to be illegally operating in the state of California and shut down. A simple Google search under the Columbia Pacific University will provide you with ample proof of findings of fraud and the closure of the phony degree mill.

I consider degree fraud in the marketing of online courses on a web site to be a very serious matter,.

Check out this Dr. Quack, with a fake Ph.D from Columbia Pacific University.

http://www.mentaltrainingsecrets.com has now been shut down by his internet service provider for fraud.

Snake oil saleman John LaTourrette is now operating under 2 new web sites which he obtained fraudulently by using the well known phishing and internet scam service provider www.myprivateregistration.com and contact@myprivateregistration.com to illegally obtain new URL's. The new web sites he is selling his phony courses on are www.realmindcontrolsecrets.com, and www.realspeedhitting.com.

Here is a link on Columbia Pacific University, an illegal degree mill which was shut down.

http://www.quackwatch.org/04Consumer.../News/cpu.html

LaTourrette claims to know the secrets of ancient Kahuna magic, which can do everything from making you rich to healing you of all illnesses. Just for a start, of course! And John M. LaTourrette has scammed millions of dollars from ****ers for this nonsense. A recent advertisment he sent out was called “The Secret Kahuna ‘Master-Keys’ On How-To-Manifest Your Own Destiny!”

Re: Flim Flam Man "Dr." John M. LaTourrette, "Ph.D"

He is John M. LaTourrette's 17 page letter selling Kahuna Magic for $2500 for a 2 day session. After taking it he claims you can do everything from cure cancer to become a millionaire to get more sex (of course). This letter purports to be from Jack Williams, which is one of LaTourrette's aliases. So he wrote his own testimonial!

Re: John M. LaTourrette, has a valid state approved Ph.D.

My name is John La Tourrette, and one of my clients brought this post full of lies and intentional distortions to my attention.

I don't know the fellow who posted these distortions (he posted under an alias), and I am posting for the sole purpose of answering his sleazy distortions, deletions, negative assumptions, incorrect references, mind reads and on purpose lies.

>LaTourrette is a slippery fellow currently selling a number of trainings and >DVD type courses such as "Silva Ultramind's Remote Viewing and Remote >Influencing The Next Evolution in Mind Power by Dennis Higgins and John La >Tourrette, Ph.D.",

Assumption! I must be slippery because I sell something? You are grasping for straws!

Yes. I am good at selling.

Yes, when I was a Silva Mind Control Trainer, I was very good at teaching their course, their way, word for word.

So what?

That's a sign of expertise, a sign of good training, and a sign of respect and loyalty to those that you work for.

I helped the Silva Mind Control people do that product with Nightengale-conant because an old friend, Ed Bernd (of the Silva UltraMind Group) asked me to help them with it.

I had my plane fare paid, along with room and board.

The ones who make a profit off of that meditation program are Nightengale-Conant. They are the number one self-help audio producers in the world.

I am proud to have done it for them and to help continue teaching the skills that Mind Control founder Jose Silva researched and taught.

And I did have a lot of fun doing it with Dennis Higgins and Ed Bernd. They are good people and have been doing hypnosis the Silva way for more than 30 years each.

>which contains a fraudulent claim regarding the author John M. LaTourrette. >LaTourrette is most certainly NOT a Ph.D, and in fact purchased his Ph.D >from a non-accredited corresponce degree mill called Columbia Pacific >University.

The accuser is intentional misleading the reading of CPU documentation with inaccurate slurs and fraudulent slants.

The facts are, "Columbia Pacfic University" was approved by the state of California until June 25, 1997.

The facts are, I graduated from CPU in 1987, 10 years BEFORE they had the problem with the state.

Whether the accuser likes it or not, the degree is VALID!

According to the information that said accuser gave, "the bureau stated that students who received degrees or credentials from CPU BEFORE JUNE 25, 1997, should NOT be affected because the school had LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO OPERATE until that date"...

Said accuser neglected to mention that VERY IMPORTANT and provable fact!

I received my Ph.D. in Sports Psychology from CPU in 1987. It was a good 10 years BEFORE CPU had problems with the state of California.

My original BA was from Southern Oregon College (now a university). I graduated with 2 majors. One major in General Studies and the other in Spanish. My minors were in Psychology and Secondary Education Certification.

I did after graduation studies in the areas of business management and sales & marketing at Boise State University, and at the University of Colorado.

I received my Master's in 86 and the Ph.D. in 87. When I was with CPU they did accept outside classes and life experiences for partial requirements for their degrees. Amongst other studies they did accept my Silva Mind Control Hypnosis Trainer's certification, my NLP trainings, my Ericksonian Hypnosis trainings, my NLP Hypnosis trainings, my completed works at Boise State University and my completed works at the University of Colorado.

There was NO phony degree mill.

What there was was a lot of hard work on my dissertation that was a great compilation of my previous studies in psychology, hypnosis, NLP, working with thousands of athletes and the Educational system, and then researching several hundred books on the topic.

>This phony degree mill was found to be illegally operating in the state of >California and shut down. A simple Google search under the Columbia Pacific >University will provide you with ample proof of findings of fraud and the >closure of the phony degree mill.

Nice try buckwheat, but you don't get any credit for lying.

Columbian Pacific University was AN APPROVED UNIVERSITY in the State of CA when I joined it in 1984-1985.

And it still was AN APPROVED UNIVERSITY when I graduated in 1987.

Now, was CPU a Purdu University? No, but that's closer to the TRUTH than the lies that you are spreading.

Let me tell you how my joining CPU came about. One day back in 1984 I was talking with a friend of mind, Myron Severson, going over what I wanted in an advanced education and what I didn't want. Dr. Severson mentioned that CPU was a university that took other educational accomplishments, and life skills, and they would apply them towards the work necessary to obtain their degree.

Let me make it clear. Back then, in 1984 there were requirements and costs at CPU. My costs, back then were somewhere around $3,000 bucks. It was NOT a "buy a credential and go away happy paper mill", but a place where you had to follow certain guidelines and training to get the skills you wanted.

Another one of my NLP friends, Dr. John Senatore, was a professor at the University in Puebleo CO. I asked him about CPU. His advice, "if it gets you where you want to go, then do it!" Dr. Senatore also mentioned that the university of Colorado used to have a similar work-train-experience program, but had dropped it a few years back. He fact he'd been in charge of it.

>I consider degree fraud in the marketing of online courses on a web site to >be a very serious matter,.

What I consider even worse is someone taking clear and clean facts and lying and distorting those facts because of their own hate and malious.

In fact that distortion is very serious.

>Check out this Dr. Quack, with a fake Ph.D from Columbia Pacific University.

I am Dr. John M. La Tourrette with an APPROVED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA a Ph.D. in Sports Psychology by CPU.

The evidence and the dates speak for themselves. Try a bit of substraction. 87 from 97 equals TEN YEARS!

(many of his lies omitted)

>Here is a link on Columbia Pacific University, an illegal degree mill which was >shut down.

I've left this link up because if anyone with an IQ of 80 reads it, they will know that accuser is a liar, a man with a criminal mind that is slanting the facts to distort the real truth, and to intentionally slander me.

It is very clear about when CPU had the problems with the state of California. Dates, Times and places. It was June 25, 1997.

And that document that the liar refers you to also states, "students who received degrees or credentials from CPU before June 25, 1997 should NOT be affected BECAUSE the school HAD LEGAL AUTHORIZATION to operate until THAT DATE.

>LaTourrette claims to know the secrets of ancient Kahuna magic, which can >do everything from making you rich to healing you of all illnesses.

I started studying Huna back in 1966. Huna is based upon the studies and experiments of Huna founder Max Freedom Long.

During the 60's, and 70's I studied all that Max put out. I really enjoyed his "Secret Sciene at Work", "Self-Suggestion" and his "Psychometric Analysis"

I normally don't join organizations (with the exception of the Masonic Temple). I joined the Huna organization in 1998 after attending one of their seminar. They are good people. They have good hearts and they did allow freedom of religion.

I also noticed that many of them had foggy thinking. Adding something simple like the NLP Clarity model to their Huna skill sets did wonders for them. Adding something pretty complex like Donna Eden Energy Medicine did wonders for their Huna. Adding something fairly complex like Energy Psychology to their Huna did wonders for them. Adding some real life skills of meditation and of bridge building between the different states of consciousness did wonders for their Huna.

Almost NO ONE in Huna had those skills of hypnosis, meditation, NLP, Time Line Therapy, Energy Medicine nor Energy Psychology.

I did. I added in those skills and they loved it.

I started giving seminars on Huna around the same time. Two years later I was certified by the World Huna Organization (Dr. Otha Wingo) as a Huna Kumu (trainer). Three years later I was certified by the World Huna Organization as a Huna Minister. Two years ago I was voted to their Board of Directors.

I know virtually all of the Huna trainers of the World Huna Organization, the biggest Huna Organization in the world, world wide. Many of those trainers have trained with me several times. I've also trained with them. They are good people.

I guess I REALLY DO KNOW HUNA!

Wow, the poor accuser caught in ANOTHER LIE!

>Just for a start, of course! And John M. LaTourrette has scammed millions of >dollars from ****ers for this nonsense. A recent advertisment he sent out >was called “The Secret Kahuna ‘Master-Keys’ On How-To-Manifest Your >Own Destiny!”

You in your pettiness are actually pretty funny.

You can't even lie straight. Anyone with a brain will read what you wrote and compare it to the documentation you supplied and KNOW THAT YOU ARE a liar.

First, to get that sales letter, you must be on one of my mailing lists.

My next question is, "why are you on my mailing list if you hate me and what I do so much?" I don't like liver. I don't go around preaching that liver is bad, evil, and fraudent. I just ignore liver, and I choose to eat what I like to eat.

A positive choice. A positive decision.

Second, if you don't like me why don't you stay home and poop in your own salad instead of spreading lies?

Why don't you stop using an alias to attempt to establish pettiness towards me, towards Huna, and towards skills that you obviously don't have a clue about.

Is it that you just don't like great ad copy?

Or is it that you are jealous of great ad copy?

If you are jealous of great ad copy go to the ones that I studied under for about 19 years. The people that I paid thousands and thousand of bucks so they would teach me their skills of written communication. Go and study John Carlton. Study Gary Halbert. Study Bill Myers. Study Jeff Paul. Study Dan Kennedy, blab, blab, blab.

And as far as the copy goes, everything in the ad copy is normally taught the first evening of a 3 day Intensive.

Enough.

Would you consider giving me your real name, your real address?

Dr. John M. La Tourrette

You attempt to bad-mouth Dr. La Tourrette's courses (as you also did at the end of your post), yet what evidence do you have? Which of his trainings have you attended? Which of his products have you purchased, actually FOLLOWED the instructions in the products and not been smart enough to make the techniques work?

I've been training with Dr. La Tourrette since 2000, and even though he has some of the BEST mind trainings on the planet, even a 7th grader could do the exercises and make them work, if they're just smart enough to follow step-by-step instructions.

The very first seminar I took with Dr. La Tourrette was a Silva ULTRAMIND ESP seminar combined with Huna techniques for healing of relationships and self healing and to be able to get what you want in life.

I immediately began using the techniques Dr. La Tourrette taught me during that seminar to get more dates, to connect with women more easily, and to improve all of my relationships, not just for dating.

Soon after the seminar, I used a couple of the techniques Doc taught me to solve a problem at work that could have resulted in my termination.

I learned how to turn enemies into friends.

And eventually I learned how to stand up for myself get rid of the people I didn't want to have in my life, and leave a job I no longer enjoyed.

I've solved relationship problems in my own family.

Let's talk about Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing.

The former Soviet Union spent millions of dollars, even while their economy was falling apart, on Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing.

The United States, during that same time, spent over $70 million on Remote Viewing.

Read Joe McMoneagle's books. Read Ingo Swann's website www.biomindsuperpowers.com . Read the de-classified CIA documents on Remote Viewing.

And several others sell Remote Viewing courses.

I wonder why you haven't attacked them? What is your gripe against Dr. John M. La Tourrette?

I have invested thousands of dollars in books, courses, seminars, and videos, and I can tell you right now that most people's "advanced" courses do not even come close to what Dr. La Tourrette teaches in a 2 or 3 day seminar!

What courses have YOU taken with Dr. La Tourrette? Where's YOUR verification?

Or do you just like to hide behind your computer and make fraudulant claims against an honest man?

Quote:

And your claim is that he doesn't know? Where's your proof? Where's your validation? What, specifically, has he demonstrated that you weren't competent enough to do? We've had TEENAGERS at the seminar who were EASILY able to follow the directions and do techniques Dr. La Tourrette promised in his ad copy.

I've been to something like 10 or 11 of Doc's seminars, and EVERYONE there gets verification of the skills. Doc keeps the seminars small so that everyone there can get hands-on experience doing the step-by-step drills.

Attendees are always amazed that they get what they attended the seminar to learn AND much, MUCH more!

And they freely share, ON VIDEO, what important things they learned from the seminar and how it will help them with what's important TO THEM.

How many people are you going to accuse of fraud when you've not given any proof of your "expertise" on this subject!

Those who do the drills get the skills.

What have you done? Other than bad-mouth a man and his seminars when you DON'T know anything about him! You haven't even been able to do your internet "research" on him correctly.

Scammed? In what way? He PROMPTLY refunds money to anyone who returns their products. I've seen him turn people away from his seminars. I've seen him refuse to sell products to people. Where's the "scam"?

And how can you claim to know ANYTHING at all about his 40,000 + people he's trained?

How could you possibly know that ALL of them are "****ers"???

I keep going to Dr. La Tourrette's seminars, and I keep buying his products, and I keep participating in his online groups because WHAT Dr. La Tourrette TEACHES WORKS!

The only nonsense here is your propaganda and lies without verification. What is your grudge against Dr. La Tourrette that causes you to maliciously attack him and his products?

Yes, I look forward to being there! For the pre-seminar class, the seminar, and the trainer's day training! I'm constantly amazed that EACH seminar I attend with Dr. La Tourrette is better than the one before and I'm amazed that no matter how many times I attend his seminars, I ALWAYS come back with more skills, more knowledge, more learnings, more ways to improve EVERY area of my life that I choose to apply the materials to.

Sincerely,
Jim Knippenberg

NO Verifiable Proof Of John M. LaTourrette's Claims, Just Fanatical Rants

Here we have it, the rantings of the fanatic "true believer"s like Jim Knippenberg here, who will do ANYTHING their guru master John M. LaTourrette bids them to do. Why don't you learn to think for yourself, instead of paying money and tribute to your master? It is hard for anyone to miss the emotionalism in your rantings. I am not sure what "techniques" you refer to, and you are not specific as you as so busy ranting that you fail to give ANY basis for your claims. So John M. LaTourrette taught you to pick up more women? Is that what you are saying here? THAT proves he is a real Ph.D, or what? No one needs relationship problems, but you have offer zero proof of anything. You might have had the same result if you talked to a good friend. Or perhaps you were just being a jerk, like you've been in your ranting, insulting post here. Women don't like jerks. But let's stay on topic here.

Mr. Knippenber, you seem to think that by demeaning me in your post, you somehow legitimize the snake oil claims. You are merely trying to divert the reader's attention from the real issues. Since when is it the consumer's duty to have to justify wanting to verify the credentials of someone who is practicing medicine without a license? It should not be so. If your Guru John M. LaTourrette has somehow found a way to skirt proper medical licensing regulations, and finds a legal technicality to maintain his Ph.D claim under, that does not in any way translate into proof of anything other than that he is in fact very slippery, and very clever. Bravo! Here here!

But, what evidence do you have, specifically to support and prove your claims?? Instead of ranting and raving like a lunatic, why don't you publish legitimate, verifiable proof of specific cures or whatever? Because it doesn't exist, that's why. You are lying through your teeth, and all of this makes me wonder if you somehow see yourself as part of the guru's inner circle. And perhaps you too are selling your own brand of snake oil, and there is money in it for you too. Are you doing this? Perhaps you'd like to share with us exactly what YOU are selling? I think you're in this for the money too, and that is really your motivation. That and being under the spell of your guru.

Your spirited defense of hucksterism with no verifiable proof of anything is nothing more than hot air. When you have verifiable, documented and referencable proof that has been published in a legitimate peer-reviewed medical journal or similar publication, please, DO post it. We all know nothing like this exists, but for the sake of this discussion, I'm offering you the opportunity, along with your Guru, to verify your claims in a scientifically correct manner. Bring it on!

HE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY "Dr." John M. LaTourrette, "Ph.D"

Really, really clever. So, by a thin window of time, you are able to claim legitimacy of a Ph.D based on a legal technicality? This kind of online nonsense needs to stop. Columbia Pacific University IS nothing but a degree mill, and was finally outlawed. Where did you serve your internship? Under what licensed psychiatrist or pychologist? At what accredited university or hospital? What professors evaluated your Ph.D dissertation? What academic journals have you published in? What research studies have you completed and validated? The truth is you can't answer any of these questions because you did none of the above. You are a liar and a fraud.

AS for the wordiness of your reply, the continuous insults, they are merely designed to cleverly draw attention away from the real issue. So WHAT if you "really do know Huna" Curing cancer just by thinking about it? Bull****. Do you have any documented cures that were witnessed by competent researchers?????? I'm not talking about your obviously smitten and deluded followers, but legitimate authrorities. YOU ARE NO MORE QUALIFIED OR LICENSED TO PRACTICE MEDICINE THAN A CHIMPANZEE IS.

Let's be real here buckwheat....you are in this for one thing, and one thing only, to deceive people into buying your quack wares and enrich yourself by making them think you are the answer to all that ills them. Your reply hasn't fooled me a bit. Your constant stream of invective and insults towards me only goes to show how desperate you are to keep selling your snake oil. You want to discredit my point of view so you can rip more people off, and keep your followers paying you more money too.

My name is Dave Demster. It's not an alias. YOU'RE the one with the alias Jack Williams. In your marketing scam piece you use his name to claim he was a millionaire in 4 year using your snake oil. Fine, why don't you publish his financial records right here on this forum PROVING THIS???? You going to do that, pal? And why would you want my address? So you can have some of your disciples go and kill me? I'm serious. Having a band of lunatics chasing me around does not sound good. People like you are scary. This reminds me of cult leaders like David Koresh and Jim Jones. Their disciples would not only kill for them, but take their own lives too. The fanaticism of guru followers knows no bounds, as the post by your devoted follower Jim Knippenberg below shows.

Columbia Pacific University FACTS Mr. John M. LaTourrette

In order that the FULL story of the degree mill called Columbia Pacific University be known (NOT just Mr. LaTourette's version) I am publishing some additional research and links: I'm sure LaTourrette will call all of these sources liars too.

http://www.ptreyeslight.com/stories/...99/ruling.html

Here is one relevant paragraph from the above link: "An independent administrative law judge in June 1997 upheld the Council's call to shut the school after finding that Columbia Pacific administrators awarded "excessive credit" and "failed to employ duly qualified faculty."

The following December, Rubin with the Attorney General's Office sued Carr and Colombia Pacific "to compel [the university] to stop illegally operating." Rubin called the school "a consumer fraud, a complete scam," and "a diploma mill." The suit finally resulted in the preliminary injunction against the university which was appealed in March of this year.

In rendering her decision, Judge Duryee noted that the testimony of satisfied graduates doesn't amount to complying with the law. "The decision is not whether or not the students are dissatisfied," she said. "I mean that is not the test. It's like saying, you know, that prostitution should not be illegal because the customers are satisfied. It's not the test."

Carr, a resident at 148 Wilson Hill Rd. in Chileno Valley, and Richard Crews of Mill Valley founded the university. Carr has also drawn criticism for his role in other ventures."

So, it was the conduct of Columbia Pacific University PRIOR to 1997 which LED to it's closure in 1997.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...igher_learning

The Warning Signs paragraph of the link of List of unaccredited institutions of higher learning above shows the following:

Warning signs
Main articles: Diploma mill, school accreditation, and United States Department of Education
Not every unaccredited school is a diploma mill - all schools start out unaccredited. These are some of the warning signs which may indicate a diploma mill:

It lacks accreditation by a nationally recognized accrediting agency, especially if it is accredited by an accreditation mill.
Words denoting a legal status such as "licensed", "state authorized" or "state-approved" are misused to suggest an equivalence to accreditation.
The address is a postal box or mail forwarding service.
Promotional literature contains grammatical and spelling errors, words in Latin, extravagant or pretentious language, and sample diplomas.
Degrees can be obtained within a few weeks or months from the time of enrollment, back-dating is possible.
Faculty members hold advanced degrees from the institution itself or similar organizations.
Academic credit is offered for life experience, and this features heavily in the selling points of the institution.
Tuition and fees are paid on a degree basis rather than on a per-semester, per-quarter or per-course basis.
Prospective students are encouraged to "enroll now" before tuition or fees are increased, or they qualify for a "fellowship", "scholarship" or "grant".
It has no library.
Doctoral theses and dissertations are not lodged with the Library of Congress or other national repository.
The school's website looks amateurish or unprofessionally made.

Now, it is true that based on a legal technicality, degrees issued before 1997 were considered unaffected because of the practice of "grandfathering".

The bureau further stated that students who received degrees or credentials from CPU before June 25, 1997 should not be affected because the school had legal authorization to operate until that date. This merely means that the school was allowed to issue degrees. It does not mean that the school was accredited or that employers should regard the degrees as representing education equivalent to that of accredited schools. During the 1980s, an official of the California Postsecomdary Education Commission confirmed to me that CPU had been authorized to operate but was not accredited [4].
http://www.quackwatch.org/04Consumer.../News/cpu.html

And here is the official time line of events leading to Columbia Pacific University's closure: http://www.bppve.ca.gov/press_releases/cputime.htm

I wanted to give MR. LaTourrette his due, and research his claims of his degree's validity. As I had suspected, he has managed to slip through a crack in the regulations, but it in NO way means he has an accredited degree from an accredited institution.

LaTourrette says "I've left this link up because if anyone with an IQ of 80 reads it, they will know that accuser is a liar, a man with a criminal mind that is slanting the facts to distort the real truth, and to intentionally slander me." I find it interesting that he uses the phrase "criminal mind" here, as that is exactly what his mind is. After all, it takes a "criminal mind" (his own words) to come up with a scheme like his, and to cleverly skirt the legalities. And if he can't prove any of his claims of cancer cures, etc. isn't that fraud? Perhaps if there is someone on here that is member of the legal profession you could enlighten us as to the particulars. But I say, if it quacks like a duck, smells like a duck, then it's a quack. Pretty simple.

He has failed to provide proof of ANY peer-reviewed published research in an accredited medical or other professional journal that would support either his degree being granted by accredited peers or any such scientifically proven research that supports his outrageous and fraudulent claims of such things as cancer cures, etc.

While his bluster and threats may intimidate the uneducated, it is clear that until he can prove otherwise, LaTourrette is nothing more than an egotistical blowhard at best, and much more probably a profiteer who is making fraudulent claims so he can rip off the public by using his guru status to make them think, as he claims in his 17 pages of propaganda, that he can do everything from healing them from cancer to make them rich.

Where IS the scientific proof, then, MR. Latourrette? Like I told your lackey, bring it on!!!

John M. LaTourrette, Mafia Hit Man Course

It's been awhile...more than 2 weeks, in fact, since I challenged John M. LaTourrette (also known as John M. La Tourrette and Jack Williams) and his lackey Jim Knippenberg to supply actual scientific proof of his outrageous claims of everything from cancer cures to get rich quick schemes. Of course, as I suspected, NO such proof of any kind has been posted here. All their back talk was nothing but a bunch of hot air. Attempting to obscure the search for truth by blustering. This might fool some of their true believers who need a tit to **** on instead of standing on their own two feet, but it was barely amusing to me. I never believed for a New York minute that there would be any proof, not one shred of proof of any of these claims.

So, I've tried to do a bit more research on my own. Interestingly, my suspicions of Jim Knippenberg were right on the money. Literally, in fact. He is selling a couple of courses himself (big surprise, huh). One of them is called "Secretly Seduce Her While She Sleeps" and the other is called "Doc's secret of how to be a Mafia hit man" (yes, this is none other than Doc LaTourrette). Okie dokie then! So now we've gone from snake oil sales, and simple online consumer fraud, to major felonies.....the taking advantage of a woman while she sleeps, and murder for hire! Check out Knippenberg's blog at http://mindcontrolcentral.blogspot.com/ You REALLY need to check this out! I just couldn't quite believe it, and still can't if you really want to know the truth, but there it is, right there on the web for every person on the planet to see. No doubt, there really are some ****ers, and some very nasty people, who will actually buy this ****. Unfortunately, we're not law enforcement here, just a public service site.

You'll have to search for the courses using your Find feature in your browser, his blog is long and wordy with all the hype spewed out. The offending items are under his 10/11/06 blog for the Hitman and his 8-25-06 blog for the Seduce Her While She Sleeps.

In his blog, he links to a web site he claims he owns called www.mindcontrolcentral.com. However, the web site does not work. Now I wonder why? Could it be possible that some internet service providers don't want their web site advertisers selling information on how to rape women while they sleep or how murder for money? Gee, I don't know, maybe so...what do you think folks???

In my opinion, the obscene duo of John M. LaTourrette and Jim Knippenberg are the biggest couple of hucksters I have seen in a very long time. But more than that, just like religious charlatans such as Jim Jones and David Koresh, these people are actually dangerous, and will stop at nothing to achieve their aims. And these aims, just like the rest of their ilk, are to control others to rip them off financially while fooling them into believing they have the keys to some sort of "higher power" and slowly doling out the "secrets" to those that are loyal them. This doesn't just piss me off, it makes me want to barf! This is really sickening.

Huckster John M. La tourrette Gives Up Fake Ph.D Claim!

So, after coming on here blustering and ranting like a stuck pig that his Ph.D was "approved", he now gives up his claim to his fake Ph.D? Is this guy something else or what???? (Just found this on Scam.com at http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?t...ght=Tourrette)
John M. La Tourrette has given up his fake Ph.D claim on his web site, now back up and running again. www.mentaltrainingsecrets.com. Instead, he is now claiming to be an "Ordained Minister". One might think that after having the crap pounded out of him on forums like this one, he "decided" that holding himself out as a Sports Psychologist when he had no license was not a good idea. Ya' think? Or did the authorities finally shut him down?

So now, he's an Ordained Minister instead? Ordained by who? Maybe by a great Kahuna. After all, he's selling "The Lost Secrets of Kahuna!" and "Kahuna Secrets on How-To Become Your Own Kahuna!" http://www.mentaltrainingsecrets.co...naProducts.html What a load of bull.

Same John M. LaTourrette, same snake oil, different day. Still, I like to think this site had some influence on him for dropping the Ph.D claim, and I thank the forum sponsors and members.

Confidence trick
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"Confidence Man" redirects here. For other uses, see Confidence Man disambiguation).

A confidence trick, confidence game, also known as a con, scam, grift or Flim Flam, is an attempt to intentionally mislead a person or persons (known as the "mark") usually with the goal of financial or other gain.

The confidence trickster, con man, grifter, scam artist or con artist often works with one or more accomplices called shills, who try to encourage the mark by pretending to believe the trickster. In a traditional con, the mark is encouraged to believe that they will obtain money dishonestly by cheating a third party, and is stunned to find that due to what appears to be an error in pulling off the scam they are the one who loses money; in more general use, the term con is used for any fraud in which the victim is tricked into losing money by false promises of gain.

Most confidence tricks exploit the greed and dishonesty of their victims. Often, the mark tries to out-cheat the con artist, only to discover that he/she has been manipulated into this from the start. This is such a general principle in confidence tricks that there is a saying among con men that "you can't cheat an honest man."[citation needed]

However, some tricks depend on the honesty of the victim. In a common scam, as part of an apparently legitimate transaction, the victim is sent a worthless check, which the victim then deposits. The victim is then urged to forward the value of the check to the trickster as cash, which they may do before discovering the check bounces. Another fashionable scenario (as of 2006) has the victim recruited as a "financial agent" to collect "business debts". Paper checks are not always involved: funds may be transferred electronically from another victim.[1]

Sometimes con men rely on naive individuals who put their confidence in get-rich-quick schemes, such as "too good to be true" investments. It may take years for the wider community to discover that such "investment" schemes are bogus, and usually it is too late, as many people have lost their life savings in something they have been confident of investing in.
