I've got a complaint before the EEOC on age, disability, gender and retaliation. The employer sent in a response. I have evidence showing they actually tampered with evidence to try to disprove the retaliation. They lied to the EEOC. I have to send in a response to the employer's response. You find fraud everywhere though.

These people really have problems though.

Sounds similar to my case, except that the judge is blatantly working with the respondent as a team, ignoring my evidence and doing everything to make sure the agency wins. Maybe eeoc is the scam
