How is this a scam?

Its not for employment. Its for getting students. Careerbuilder is supposed to be having bona fide employment opportunities.

In that sense it is a scam. Posting opportunities to attend school as a student on a job board is not a bona fide job posting.

Yes it is....

In order to get a job you must have skills and in order to get the skills you must go to school.

If I am looking for a job and I find something that I think I would like to do I would like to know where I could learn the skills. The two are joined and should be found together for the convience of the user.
