ok the person you are looking for is Nicholas Lunsford. He is the owner of Epic Commerce. HE was the manager at The Results Group, which has been shut down by the FTC and owned by Edward Longoria and Amber Halvorson. Actually Edward and Amber are still running this operation (Epic) behind the scene, which is in violation of the Attorney General agreement they signed and agreed to. The reason they call you is because you filled out a business opportunity questionnaire online, and now they are trying to call you to 'close' you. You will never make money with this and they know it, they just don't care.

All the principals live in either Phoenix or Scottsdale and they live pretty high lifestyles on your money. Drugs, trips, booze, and strip clubs are normal everyday ways of life for them. Mexico, Vegas, L.A., and Miami are regular stops for these guys. 4040 E Camelback Road is the address. In Phoenix. I know that Edward is pulling the strings and Nick is his puppet. Once things go south, Edward will go into the 'every man for himself' mode, cover his butt as best he can, and then be running another scam company in a few months. There are also about 10 different spin off companies that are doing the same thing Epic Commerce is, as they have lots of people who work there for a few weeks and then take the information they have to start their own scam company. The only way they will be stopped is jail time, and the AG wont do that because they would rather fine them so they also can make some money. Vicious circle -and it is one that the AZ AG almost enable with their lack of action. Some key players are Edward Longoria, Tony Rodriguez, Heath Gerondale, Amber Halvorson (she is Ed's girlfriend, he has a wife too), Nicholas Lunsford, Matthew Marriott, and David Norris. All from Phoenix. I worked with them and they are all crooks. If you shut them down, they will just keep coming back as someone new. Let mw know if you have any questions. Bait and Switch! They call you until you cave and they get ratther nasty if you say no. They tell you you will be able to pay off what you payed out for advertising after the first three months. Well It has been a little over three months and I've earned a whopping $.70. Once they have you hooked they will talk nice for the first couple weeks. Well I will continue to file until I get a full refund(regardless of their refund policy. They should refund because they haven't done what they said they would do. Do Not Believe a word they say. I hope they feel good about themselves!!!!!!!!

was totally taken for $499.00 this company misrepresented what they were offering. spoke to customer service manager. He stated that he would refund my $499.00 in August 2007.

now it is dec 31,2007 after serval telephone calls to epic I have been told that my refund has been refunded to me when it in fact has not been refunded
spoke to customer service manager today. he said that our call my be recorded, he lead me to say that i will dispute it with credit card. unfortunately i have done so and my dispute time has run out.

please be aware of this internet make money scheme i am feeling really stupid right now a $ 499.00 mistake that i feel I have no recourse, although i will not give up I am going to contact the BBB in Pheonix Arizona as well as the attorney General in arizona.

also note that epic commerce does there billing for this through another company called corporate building solutions, as per customer service manager
i cannot contact them directly r garding my refund because they do not deal with me directly the only deal with epic. I have been told so many stories from the customer service manager it is ridiculous, at one point he even went as far to say that my refund was lost in cyber space imagine that.

Thanks so much for doing that lookup for me! Sure wish I'd talked to you prior to doing business with them. If you can call it business. Their website, epiccommercellc.com, does appear to be a web development site. What they really are is a very small company, mostly made up of very low paid telemarketers, and a few power closers.

I've been in sales for over 15 years and totally should have seen this coming. I researched them as much as I thought I should, and the spiel was this: Give them money anywhere from 250 to 499, and they provide you with a website with premier advertising. Every click you get on your site, which is basically a blogging site, brings you income. The more work you put into it, they say, the more money you can make. I gave them $499.00, and waited anxiously for my coach to call. When she called, there was no coaching about how to get people to my site, what to do with google, nothing. Her approach instead was, "you have to spend money to make money", and told me I wouldn't make any money unless I gave them an additional $8000 to bring qualified people to my site. I was dumbfounded, disgusted with myself for falling for this scam.

I called and sent an email asking for a refund. To cut to the chase, what ended up happening was they refunded my money because of an "administrative error" of their's that I could have pursued as fraud.


I'm not into get rich quick schemes, never have been, and was willing to put 8 hours a day into this website, only to find out it was nothing but another scam.
