Prosperity Automated System (PAS)

Who Are Prosperity Automated System (PAS)

Introducing the 'Hands-Free" Money System

Las Vegas, NV (OPENPRESS) December 27, 2005 -- Bill Osterhout is reported to have created an “Internet Marketing Revolution” with the Prosperity Automated System.

The PAS System, from Bill’s company, Prosperity Network Inc., is called the first 100% Automated Home Business and is promoted as “Hands Free Income.”

According to Bill and those who are now using this system, “It creates a level playing field for all those wishing success in internet business.”

Having heard this kind of thing before, we peeled back the onion. What we found was for starters is, all the marketing is done by the company via a heavy advertising budget utilized in Search Engine-Professionally Optimized, websites, competitive key word, Pay-Per-Click Advertising and many other varied forms of media so the word does get out there.

Their Alexa stats have also gone from not measurable about 6 months ago to more than 100 million daily impressions today.

PAS is reported to be a “marketing system itself” whose purpose is to promote any other business or website. It’s said, this is “ideal, for businesses such as Emerald Passport, Profit Masters, Eventis, Mentors On A Mission, Coastal Vacations, Liberty League International, Advantage Conferences, International Galleries and Success University just to name a few.”

Rob Hannley, a 12 year Direct Sales Industry Veteran, Certified Accelerated Learning Trainer, Inventor and Success Radio Show Host had bold comments about PAS: "It sounded like hype and I almost missed it! I was one click away from missing the most lucrative opportunity I have seen in 12 years! I thank God I took the system for a free “test drive”! He further said, “This is the first business I have seen since I started direct sales that, literally, my 83 year old mother could do. That says a lot."

Rob is now extending that “free test drive” to anyone else through a major portal he created, appropriately called www.Paid2DoNothing.com. Rob says “Watch the little movie and fill out the form like I did. This experience will blow you away!”

Unlike most US and Canada type companies, PAS is also supposed to work anywhere on the globe. In fact, the affiliates report the top earner is a doctor living in Portugal, who has earned over $140,000 since only July 25th … they claim ...without making a single phone call.

Rob’s comment regarding the choice of name for this major portal of the Prosperity Automated System, www.Paid2DoNothing.com, was “I know its funny, but it was really the only name that would fit, because there really is nothing to do. They do your advertising, follow up and everything, you just collect the commissions. That’s what got me."

Barriers such as advertising, follow-up, and “closing the deal.” which have always been a challenge for marketers are all addressed by this system.

Bill Osterhout, being an expert in direct sales and internet marketing with full knowledge of companies such as Liberty League International, Coastal Club (Coastal Vacations), Emerald Passport, Profit Masters, Eventis and International Galleries, “this system was created so anyone could have success".

Additionally Bill offers another first, a 200% Guarantee on your money.

This system also uses a “one-up” compensation plan itself and is reported to provide affiliates with exceptionally large profits.

If you’d like to learn more about the Prosperity Automated System, contact Rob Hannley at 425-241-7241 or visit his site at www.Paid2DoNothing.com

Update:In January of 2006, we asked the question Who was Prosperity Automated System? Well, the owner is non other than William M. Osterhout ("Osterhout") of Citrus Heights, California. This individual carried out a massive scheme using a series of approximately 25,000 interconnected PAS websites and have sold more than $15 million in PAS memberships to more than 5,000 individual investors.
Now this scheme was so obvious and blantant that any blind person could see this SCAM. Yet there were takers. Are we GUILLIBLE or JUST GREEDY or IN SEARCH OF INSTANT WEALTH OR SIMPLY EASY MONEY......

Re: Prosperity Automated System (PAS)

Greetings,

I'm a former MLM Business owner (we closed our doors after 6 years, in January '06).

The goal of my former company (eTravel Plus) was to provide a long-term means for people to attain their goals. My partner & I worked for 6 years, using our own money to subsidize the business. Let me tell you, it is not easy running an MLM business. Some people have the misconception that the owners just slap together a comp plan, hire a few low-budget programmers to develop a website, think up a product line, launch the company, then kick back in their recliner while the dough rolls in.

I can tell you that, for us at least, this was far from the truth. I sacrificed much ... (family time, finances, sleep) over those six years. At the end, we had to make the gut-wrenching, dream-killing decision of closing the company. We simply ran out of money to sustain it. We had to stop the financial bleeding. What added to the hurt was that we felt we were letting down our remaining agents as well. It was a tough time.

It took about a month to get over the mourning period. But, I've got entrepreneuralism in my blood, and I don't think I'll ever stop seeking/looking for ways to avoid working for someone else.

Let me tell you, it's MUCH easier being a distributor/affilliate/employee of a company versus being an owner/manager. MUCH easier!

I've now begun a new project. As a former MLM company owner, I've acquired a lot of knowledge/experiences of what it takes to sustain (even if only for 6 years) an MLM business. With that knowledge, I am now taking a look at home-based business opportunities (not always necessarily MLMs). Armed with past "inside" experience, I'm better prepared to ask the right questions prior to jumping in.

Enter PAS. Did you know that you can sign up for as little as $49.95? Did you also know that you can still purchase as many Traffic Packs as those who pay the full amount? I've done just that, so my going in risk is minimal, but the upside potential is the same as for those that paid the full price. All it took was asking the right questions.

Now, there is one distinct difference. My PAS system will have to generate 3 sales (versus 1) before I qualify to earn anything. But given the risk to reward ratio, (and having been what I've been through over ther years) made this a no-brainer.

I've put together a series of messages that describe, in detail, my own personal experience with PAS thus far, including details of my discussions with Team Leaders, my ongoing stats (Hits, Opt-Ins, and Call-Backs), and more. Rather than copy and paste it all on this post, I've made it available for anyone at:
http://MyPersonalAccount.IconEnterprises.com

It is an honest account of my dealings with PAS thus far. No fluff, no hype, just the honest truth.

Re: Prosperity Automated System (PAS)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To everyone who is looking into Liberty League as a "legitimate" home based business opportunity...you might want to keep looking...

There comes a time in every entrepreneur's career when he or she must decide if their business is going to be able to sustain their financial goals for the future. I have been involved with Liberty League for quite some time, and in that time have had some financial success. But for various reasons over the last few weeks, I have been forced to ask myself if Liberty League was not only going to help me sustain the financial goals that I have established for my family and I, but more importantly was Liberty League still a company that I could feel good about being a part of...was the level of integrity with the company in fact solid. The answers to these questions came very definitively over the last several weeks based on several unexpected events, and I have no doubt that my decision to move on to a greater and more prosperous opportunity was the right one.

For those of you who are reading this post, I commend you for doing your homework on Liberty League. If you have any questions regarding the business, the products, or about my decision to transition my business to another opportunity, please feel free to contact me. Whether you are interested in the opportunity or not, I think you would greatly benefit from hearing first hand what has transpired over the last several weeks with regard to my affiliation with Liberty League.

Kindest Regards,
Joe

Re: Prosperity Automated System (PAS)

So many my readers have been asking about the performance of the "new" AdPaks.

I just acquired 2 rotations for the next 8 weeks. The 2 AdPaks became active just yesterday. I'll be sure to update everyone here as the results come in.

Re: Prosperity Automated System (PAS)

There are a lot of PAS members that are interested in what results are being produced by the "new" AdPaks.

I acquired 2 new rotations of AdPaks back on 6/8/06 and promised to report the results/status to this forum as time went on.

Here's a quick summary of what has happened since then:
  • Number of Website Hits (Visitors) has effectively doubled
  • Number of Doorway Openings (formerly known as Opt-ins) has also effectively doubled
  • Call Back Requests - still zero
  • Number of Sales - still zero

I am still hopeful, as the folks at PAS continue to report new avenues of marketing.

yes i have observed your posts and it don't add value to this board. We are not selling or recommending any programs to guests or members. Quit it ASAP

Scrub,
My post (which I see has been deleted) was in response to your post where you stated "Can really say. Contact him/her (The Owner/Owners) and let us know what you find please."
I responded with nothing more than what I've experienced thus far (because I have been in direct contact w/ the owner). I had/have no links to The NPN in the message nor in my signature. If you are speaking of the banner in my sig, I have just removed it.

Will that suffice? I'm not trying to be smart here, I'm honestly trying to ascertain the rules by which I must abide by.

Much thanks.
i have observed your posts and they do not add value. if they have been i would keep them on. if you want to continue being a member, you should reconsider your postings.

I guess I don't get it.
Was it the signature (I'm speaking of my latest post regarding NPN, not any of my previous posts)? Again, not trying to be smart ... but if that wasn't it, are posters not allowed to post something positive?

For the last time, quit it. I do not plan spending the rest of my evenings on this.

Your options are:

1. Leave voluntarily
2. quit posting referral links
3. Or I banned you or delete your membership.

Further note to those who sign up and post referral links. I have begin to collect data on these folks knowing that they are hiding behind proxy servers and botnet computers. Data collected will be forwarded to LAW ENFORCEMENT. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEY PUT A HALT TO THIS ASAP.

PAS claims that it is not a pyramid or MLM. However, in their literature, they refer to people in your "Pipeline" who you make money from. Call it anything you want...it is MLM or a pyramid. Not that there is always something wrong with MLM, but why try to be deceptive. There are many legitamate MLM companies who have been around for many years and have "real" products...not gas pills (actually, most are "moth balls) and many have been shut down.

The PAS system generates most of its income from the fees charged to new members. Most of the people make their money by referring a friend to join...and then getting their first sale...which goes to the upline. They do have one level of overrides...so it is not really multi-level...just one level;/

Because the do not have multiple levels...they have to hit you with a big fee...almost $ 4,000. The real trick to making money off a website is to get the traffic. Where does it come from??? 95% of all sales are made by people who get their site on the "first page" of Yahoo, Google, or MSN search engines. These sites are all buried on the back 1,000 pages and nobody will every look at them. The site sales are just there to make them look legitimate to the Attorney Generals. Evenuatlly, they will get around to looking at where the money comes from...and then "bye" bye company..and the last ones in will lose their money.

My momma always told me if someone tells you that you can make tons of money without doing anything...RUN for the hills...they probably have their hands in your pockets.
