Kanuit, after being duly sworn on oath, states as follows: 1. On January 5, 2005, I received a letter from Assistant Attorney General Christian S. Walker advising that he had been contacted by a Melissa Gabrio, who indicated that she had information concerning the whereabouts of assets belonging to Michael Travis Barnett and/or Barnett & Associates, Inc., that were not disclosed in either bankruptcy filing. 2. I immediately contacted Ms. Gabrio, who advised that her husband was Michael Barnett's former gardener and had witnessed Michael Barnett making arrangements to transfer property away from Michael Barnett's residence prior to the bankruptcy filings. 3. Specifically, Ms. Gabrio advised that: (a) Two Harley Davidson motorcycles and two enclosed trailers had been transferred to a Greg Hartung in Crosby t Minnesota; (b) A Chevrolet Suburban and a Chevrolet Avalanche had been shipped to West Palm Beach, Florida, by Commerce Express, Inc., in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, and were awaiting shipment to the island of Nevis; and (c) Numerous other items of property were currently in the process of being shipped by Commerce Express, Inc., to Michael Barnett on the island of Nevis. 4. Based on a letter filed with the Court by debtor Michael Travis Barnett's counsel, William Kampf, Michael Barnett is now permanently residing on the island of Nevis. FURlHER your affiant sayeth not. The above Plaintiff filed an ex parte Application seeking a Temporary Restraining Order in this Adversary Proceeding. There were no appearances. Based upon the Plaintiff's Application, and upon all of the files and proceedings herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: That the Defendants, and each of them, are temporarily restrained from moving, transporting, or transferring any property owned or titled in the name of Michael Travis Barnett or his wholly owned corporation Barnett & Associates, Inc., out of the United States of America, or away from any such property's current location as of the date of this Order. Defendants are further ordered to disclose the location of any such property to Trustee Robert R. Kanuit, immediately upon receipt of a copy of this Order. This Order shall continue in effect until the Court rules on Trustee's motion for a preliminary injunction on February 2, 2005, notwithstanding the ten-day limitation contained in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(b), as the Court will not be in session to consider the motion for a preliminary injunction in Duluth, Minnesota, until February 2, 2005. Mike or Travis Barnett , through the years and via different companies like Barnett and Associates, CSI and Tropical PE , has been raising millions of $$ in advance fees to help people eliminate their debts. He was supposedly married to a Debbie. After trying to file bankruptcy and fleeing Minnesota the couple moved to Nevis Belize where they set up CSI and continued to raise money vai the web , conf calls etc..From there the couple left Belize and moved to and rented a very large home in Venezuela, Recently they were renting a house in Aruba while building a new home , scheduled to be ready on Dec 6 on Aruba, where on Nov 16, he supposedly died from a meth overdose. During all this time Mike Barnett through CSI and then Tropical PE continued to actively raise millions of $$ in advance fee to free people of their mortgage debts. Rev Mke Barnett preys on many desperate born again Christians facing financial troubles bc they are more likely to put their trust in somebody they feel is godly. 10 years ago ,after bankrupting his wife MIke became a Christian. He is rumored to be on and off drugs , mainly meth and crack but after the amount he used over the years he wrecked his health. They believe meth was the cause of death . He and his wife Debbie became "born agains" about 10 years ago and have been trouble ever since . His wife owned a couple hair salons in Brainerd Mn when she met Travis (as he is known o his realtives) or Mike and he was an electrician. . Within a span of three years he embezzled from her business enough that she had to sell, drove her into a lot of debt .Over the years Mike Barnett was in jail a few times for drug related charges. When he met his wife Barnett told her he was a narc but the truth was that he was a snitch for the police. If you have any funds with this bunch a word of caution.If you are a sponsor or promoter beware. Authorities have been actively investigating MIke Barnett and promoters while tracing the money and wires. Your debts will never be paid off nor is there or ever was any Bank involved . Your money is being used to live the good life. But as we speak the money is being traced anyone who knew this was a scam and benefited will face prosecution. Look what was emailed to me from Hakeem's research Team!! Hello CSI Members: Conference call on: Wednesday,Jan 31st, 1:30pm Eastern Time Conf# pin: 13313 I would like to clarify some points after being in contact with Rick. There was some discomfort we found out from members who felt uneasy regarding sponsors who are associated with this alleged scam. I would like to set all minds at ease. Our forum is only a forum that shares thoughts and views. We are not anything more or less than that. Regarding sponsors no one needs to worry except those who knowingly sponsored members while all along new it was a scam like Mike did. Rick as spoken with Mike regularly as you know. He said again today, that he would find it hard to believe at least the main sponsors or leaders of could not have known this was a scam especially the information and knowledge that was conveyed to Rick from Mike. Sponsor's know whether they are guilty of this hideous scam venture Mike was on. I would simply appeal to the common sense test if one is making thousands off the backs of innocent investors and in constant communication with mike would not be at the very least people of interest to be interviewed. That is as far as we are going with it on our research team. We again are collecting data, facts, informants, insiders, and members who are in touch with the big names of this business and it isn't very hard to find, especially when you have 2 huge informants doing tell alls. The only reason I was so privy to facts is that I told all from the beginning an informant came forward publically and all I did was follow up when no one else did or cared to period, which finally led us to Rick who knows my informant very, very well...unbeknownst to me up from a couple of days ago when Rick saw fit to put an end to this fiasco of seeing innocent people stripped from animals like barnett and his cronies who assisted him greatly. Now, that we have Rick who has gone forward to the FBI well before we knew Rick by the way..This should dispel the notion that hakeem and I are responsible for members who still are mind controlled by deception and wanna be leaders giving them and continually filling them with false hope, and more darn gimmicks they just cannot keep off their LIKEMINDEDFORUM soliciting more hyips instead of seeking the truth without a price and healing for very, very injured innocent people. We care about all on the likeminded forum csi scammed members, but we are choking on this leadership and the designer of the likeminded forum keeping it very cultish and horrendously CONTROLLED!! We are proud to announce by the grace and mercy of the real God, who exposes evil that Rick due to his christian commitment was compelled to come forward and conduct a tell all on an open forum to ALL, NOT a closed cult forum open to only those who demand they think like the leaders.. This is our prize!! All were seeking Rick were they not?? He is here among us..he has gone to the FBI by his own wisdom and counsel felt compelled to do so. Likeminded say they have these insiders and contacts with banks..ok, they have their oppty to come forward as we have and show these contacts which ted never did and steve is continuing to do the same. What do you have likeminded forum that Rick does not already know, For Rick was Mike's Guru and Mentor!!!! We rest our case on these findings.. We are not against Likemindedforum making us 1 million dollars each as they said was possible..By all means please and I will be the first to humble myself and apologize to all and then some. Lastly, who among this controlled leadership crowd will do the same??? I will tell you only those who seek the truth will never be harnessed down by pride, because the search for truth does not and never seeks it's own glory, but glory's only in the satisfaction alas the real truth is among us setting the deceived free and binding the guilty behind Federal prison bars!! I had a so called christian chaplan of likeminded forum severely rebuke hakeem and I for our efforts. He did not have the decency to even leave his name or phone number..But, do to our research I was able to identify this pastor and I called him to allow him to say to my face the appalling criticisms he said behind cowardly emails that did not show who he was.. He proceeded to tell me we should wait and see, and I said we have already waited too long especially waiting two months for ted to tell us yep,,the plan died with mike!! and no proof of investigators!! This good pastor proceeded to yell at me and said I was full of ....and slammed the phone in my face!! This is the kind of Christianity Mike himself displayed when confronted folks...beware of wolves in pastors clothes,hence the many reminders I give when expressing my faith and God.. I only expressed my faith because mike and his phony pastors used it to control you and fleece you..I do it to show the true God's face and a true Christian's heart who serves without pay or deceitful commissions...serving a plan that was made to fail from the start!!! This whole leadership was based on selling all on the trueness of the leadership for mike had us pray for his slimy kids who lived off us in luxury and was planning on buying a 1 million dollar plane for his sleezy wife to fly from Aruba to the USA!! Again I make such claims from direct quotes now made in writing ..go to www.scam.com and look for the csi thread..on the last pages you will see this is what rick has said..So, reply to his thread and tell him all you know, Likeminded forum.. In closing I tried to speak on likeminded forum's call last week and my call was cut off not allowing me to get back on. I will say to the innocent investors on LMF realize you are being cut off from hearing our side. We will dialog with you, we will listen to you and we are not these zealots your phony leadership makes us out to be..email us any time we will speak to all with gentleness and kindness... Looking forward to all on the call and let's pray Rick will be on this call as well.
