When the BBB intervenes as a result of complaints, is there anything they can actually do? I've registered several complaints regarding a timeshare company that took several thousands of my dollars and years of my life but I'm beginning to feel that justice is a long ways off. I know a few people organized a futile class action against RCI (not my company)...I'm not quite savvy enough to take these matters into my own hands, however.
