it's a hoax here is the reason why:
1> no matter how long the distance the shipping cost is not gonna be 100 pounds.
2>insurance:insurance for cheque does not make sense.cheque ,money draft ,travel cheque does not require insurance
3>supposing anyone by any name can draw the cheque-it's the only reason why insurance charges r kept.and insurance of approx 120 pounds for 500000pounds.it makes no sense.if it indeed had to be insured the insurance cost would have been higher
4>once u get the cheque there is no further procedure written so as to withdraw the money.i guess u get the cheque and bank of america is gonna pay you.finally
5>it is a piece of crap as msn and yahoo does not go hand in hand.they r not same.
6>it is a piece of hoax to gain money as i received multiple email similar to these at the same time some frm uk lottery board,some frm msn and aol and some frmsome wierd other names.
7>finally it is a hoax because if the mail was real then the monogram(picture of msn and yahoo would not have been blurr.it was a piece of immature enlargement of picture.at least learn to use photoshop or something to enlarge the pic and not make it look blurr.
anyone who fall for this is idiot.

my case:
i had time so i went ahead to see how they work.they asked me for 450 pounds to get the cheque delivered.
i replied saying "i believe it to be a hoax"and mentioned the courier could be done at $20 or less.here is their reply
