Recently, my Doctor told me that I have limited days to live due
to the cancerous problems I am suffering from. I have decided to donate this fund to you and I took this decision because I do not have any child that will inherit this money. please assure me that you will act just as I have stated herein.

Aha... the illustrious Peggy Morrison... I've had cause to write about her several times.

That very email tends to get recycled many times with different names on it. Curiously, these scammers have left the same address on many, despite them being seperately from Lady's Morrison, Mosley and Levett.

This makes me think that the address in Chelsea is in fact somewhere the scammer has access to in order to pick up mail.
