They are probably getting your info form a public resume you may have posted on on of the major job boards of you may have submitted a resume to a posting where you were only given a fan or email address, Some of the major job boards alos allow postingsd by "confidential Comapnies" so you submit your resume thru the job board rather than directly emailing the company. this is how most if not all of the scam job offers i get obtained by info/
