Dale Douglas - EmarketProfessionals, DivineImpact Corporation goods delivered are not as described violation of merchant agreements AKA emarketprofessionals, weeklycashincome, personalinstantcash, divineimpact, emarketpay, Burnsville Minnesota

Company
Dale Douglas - EmarketProfessionals - DivineImpact Corporation, weeklycashincome, personalinstantcas
Address:
E-Market: 14101 Southcross Dr. Suite 165
Burnsville Minnesota 55337
U.S.A.
Phone Number:

Fax:

I purchased Personal Instant Cash Machine System by Dale Douglas.

This system clearly indicated I would NOT have to sell anything personally to anyone.

Following the system, and purchasing more services from E-market Professional, I find out on STEP 3 I must have a product to sell. I cannot proceed unless I set the price for this product. If I cannot proceed, then I cannot activate the product, thus I cannot receive a refund.

As I review the statement, it indicates I do not have to sell PERSONALLY. Therefore, it may be argued the computer is selling it, and I am not. That is also like saying, People don't kill people, guns do. To the best of my knowledge I am responsible for the web-site, therefore, I am selling.

I am accusing this company of violating merchant policy. Both VISA and Federal regulations.

I have screen prints of various steps. Copy of Emails, as I attempted to request a refund, which were denied. I also have digital photographs of screens that has security in place to prevent screen prints.

Also, and FYI, I noticed different groupings for the same company. The actual name for this company is: DivineImpact Corporation. It is based in MN. It is the owner of the following websites: www.emarketprofessionals.com, www.weeklycashincome.com, www.personalinstantcash.com, www.divineimpact.com, emarketpay.com

Some of these other websites have complaints listed in RIP-OFF Report.

Before you believe the negative news.... Read the truth

Before you believe the negative news.... Read the truth.
Dale Douglas aka Stephen Royce aka Peter Martinez

Customer Service. Just say the words and a shudder goes through the hearts of just about every internet company in business today. Complaints are deadly and any good company takes them seriously.

Every single legitimate internet business deals with complaints. No matter how perfectly their site works, no matter how absolutely perfectly they deliver services, you just can't please all the people all the time!!!

The Program you have just read about is legitimate. This is NOT a scam, a con, or a fraud, no matter what you may think or have read. This system and its earlier predecessors have been running for over 10 years successfully, and has helped tens of thousands of people around the world.

Did you get that? Thousands upon thousands of people. The internet is full of successful examples of this system in use by people just like you who have found a way to make a good, consistent income that has changed their world.

When this program was first launched, I admit we grew faster than our capacity. That's the truth. More people wanted help than there was time in the day. Customer service could have been better. So we improved our capacity and now, more than ever, we can help anyone generate consistent income.

What you will be learning is exclusive and revolutionary in application.

If for some reason we are unable to successfully establish an income account, we have ALWAYS provided a refund to the applicant with an apology in a timely manner.

No internet company is perfect. All have to deal with the same issues every day. Customer service is on the minds of every successful internet business owner.

Tens of thousands have profited from the use of this powerful system and the complaints of a few people who may not have been successful do not even come close to thousands of people generating income using this system every single day.

Over the course of the growth of this program, we have had to face the same challenges any business faces in developing new programs. Customer service was our primary concern. The sheer popularity of the program made customer service an ongoing challenge resulting in limiting the number of participants to ensure quality standards.

I am proud today to say that in that time period, we have answered questions, complaints, criticisms, and even allegations that this was just too good to be true and we're still here. The system has been improved and enhanced in so many ways, it's hard to describe!

People are looking for hope, financial hope, and that's not easy to hold on to. The Personal Instant Cash Machine System is a legitimate and honest program that helps ordinary people generate income automatically. If you can follow instructions, you can make money.

"Rip Off Report" Owner Gets Busted for Extortion.
One guy decided the way to make money was to make up false information and exaggerate complaints to extort money from legitimate internet business owners. They took one or two complaints, BLEW THEM UP and made a federal case about them, and then use the words "SCAM" and "FRAUD" and site names like "SCAMFRAUDALERT" or innocent looking "discussion boards" that are designed to set up the companies they are extorting.

Now that folks, is a scam!

Ever notice how the same things just keep being said in the same sort of "thread?" Well, that's how you destroy a reputation. You take threads like that and you replicate them. It can be used to promote or destroy. This one company would charge fees to "remove" this information from the net.

That's a crime. It's called extortion. Not for a small fee either. They got caught charging $20,000!!!

Paying the extortion was, of course, just a bit cheaper than paying an attorney to file a lawsuit to remove this kind of slander.

The company owner confesses to making up stories and lies just to so enrage legitimate business owners that they were motivated to pay exorbitant fees for "removing" the "negative" information.

At least NOW we know why we could never find these "customers" in our database.

Competitors are cold blooded. They will go around posting a few nasty complaints, make up sensational stories, and put their link right next to yours. They will ride your name on the search engines. Just look.

Or here's a good one. Create your own "review" site and then sell your own product.

In the meantime, while authorities are prosecuting the criminals for extortion, slander, defamation of character and a whole host of other charges, the slanderous information remains "at-large" being repeated in chat rooms and discussions by people who don't know any better.

Fact is, TENS OF THOUSANDS of people have purchased and THOUSANDS are successfully using this system.

Shouldn't you be finding THOUSANDS of complaints? Not the same ones, warmed over, repackaged? Hmmmm.... makes you wonder if perhaps a jerk competitor is just trying to steal some business.

You know what? Somebody wiser than me takes care of those things

Customer service is hard enough without the additional challenge of false information or complaints. When you consider the tens of thousands of people that have been helped by this system, a few almost "systematically" repeated complaints are suspicious themselves.

Especially when you consider that since the inception of this system, our staff has worked tirelessly to provide top-quality cu
