Nobilex I received a phone call from someone claiming to be with a company called Nobilex. Miami Florida

I received a call from a man claiming to work with a company called Nobilex. He said it was time to refill my Phentermine 37.5mg. pills and insisted it be done right then. True- I have ordered this from a company in FL, but the name of the company didn't come to mind.

So, I thought about it, and decided to do it. He said I would have to order now because the laws would be changing or something like that -- usually a foreigner that I talk to. He said that most people don't like giving their credit card information and that I would have to get a cashiers check - $389.00 for 90 pills.

Well, the day the delivery guy brought it to me, and I gave him the check....then I opened up the bag and saw immediately it was fraud. It was a bottle of 30 pills - Phen 37.5 and only a DIETARY SUPPLEMENT! I was scammed big time! They got $389.00 for a bottle that costs $10.00! I didn't know what to do. I did check the internet --- didn't find anything about a company called Nobilex....except on ripoffreport.com...and then I found that others had been scammed.

But I live in a small town and knew the delivery guy personally...so I got on the phone and called his service and told them the situation and asked if there was any way to get my check back. They were very nice and said that they would get a message to the driver. The next day, he came by and gave me the check and took the package back. I was VERY lucky, and very thankful. That's alot of money to me. So, BEWARE when they call you....who know----they could change their 'business' name.

I was contacted by someone named Kaylan/Caylan?, not sure of the name, at PDQ Meds. Had a real good deal on Phentermine for weight loss. 120 tablets for $379.00. Was assured it was the 'real' thing, not herbal, etc.

I placed the order with instructions to pay fedex with money order or cashier check.

Shipment arrived 14 Dec. 07. Shipment contained 1 bottle of 60 capsules of who knows what they are. Shipper was NOBILEX and payment was to NOBILEX.

Contacted PDQ Meds at phone # 786-871-6732. Explained what had happened and was promised a call back. Have not recd said call back.

At this point in time I'm not sure who or if all are the culprits. I just know i've been scammed/cheated out of $379.00.
