Phone Number: I ordered 60 phentermine pills wanting to lose a few winter pounds before summer from this web-site www.edpharmacy.us on February 6, 2007. My account was debited a couple of days later and my order shows a ship date of February 26, 2007. As of Today May 7, 2007 I have not received anything from this company. I have tried contacting them too many times, waiting up to one and half hours on the phone waiting for a Customer service rep. to pick up. I also tried contacting them using their online chat which proved unsuccessful as well, there is never an attendant. I did get through on one call on April 16th and was told that they would re-ship my order without any additional charges (how sweet). Tried calling today and stayed online waiting for someone to pick up for 45 minutes, NOTHING!! You can't reach them through email either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm out $159.00 that they should have to re-imburse with interest! The time I did get through on the phone April 16th I did ask for my money to be returned and the CSR told me that I would have to file a dispute with my bank and that the company they were using to debit accounts was not the same one they are using now. I figure they change companies every month to make it impossible for the consumer to get their money back after they have stolen it.
