This company charged my credit card the same day the order was placed for $258.90 on June 12, 2007. First before I order they told me my credit card wouldn't be charged until the order was shipped. Then I noticed it was charged that same day. It has been over 8 weeks, since they told me it was under dr.'s review and on July 15th I received correspondence from them telling me that the order was filled and would be shipped in two days. I never received a tracking # or package and I attempted to contact them on 7/25, 7/27, 7/31 & 8/2 and they would not reply. On Aug 3rd I requested the order to be cancelled and they immediately replied back and said no the order was already processed by the pharmacy. I have requested information when this would be shipped, no response. I have asked multiple times about cancelling this order and now I don't even get a response back from the customer assistance group.
