Here is another name. I responded with my name, address and phone, but it just didn't sit right with me. I entered the ARINI in Google and got your alert. I told them not include me in any database, nor to attempt to contact me again and that I was reporting them to you.

Thank you.

The opening statement made by this individual is quite simply false and, according to our legal counsel, is also defamatory and injurious.
Rather than refute every point made in James.MGA’s thread, we will simply establish our position as such that the customer which is claimed to be his, is in fact the daughter of a gentleman who has been and remains a loyal friend and customer to the store; The sum of the misunderstandings in this matter are in direct relation to the latter fact.
The other point of contention in this matter which is of great concern to us, yet never mentioned in his rant, is that the customer in question was in fact a customer of the store not his. The store sub-contracted the work to James in order to help promote local business however, it was James who chose to “relieve” us of our customer and begin direct dealings and interactions with said customer. Such practices are not conducive of a proper, contractor, sub-contractor relationship.
As accounted by the various accolades awarded to us by our customers and by our community, “2006 & 2007-Nothumberland Reader’s Choice Award for best consumer electronics store”, “2007 Cobourg Retail Business Of The Year”, not to mention the numerous letters of appreciation from such entities as Northumberland Big Brothers and Big Sisters for outstanding contributions for 2006 & 2007. We are focussed and committed to providing an atmosphere for our customers, which will leave them absolutely satisfied with the professional service, experience and overall interactions with us.
As evident in the many threads posted by James.MGA, James appears to create or attract a great deal of conflict from consumer-based entities, which leaves us in a precarious and unfamiliar place to defend our position in this matter.
In the eventuality that you or anyone you know would have been affected by this post, we would invite you to come visit us and experience our service and professionalism for yourself.

Who We Are - Not The Web Police

Support,

Our client is Morgan Fabrics in Los Angeles http://www.morganfabrics.com.

A Google search for "morganfabrics" brings the link below up as the second
listing.
The website is using of your IP 69.50.142.5. The URL is:

http://www.scamfraudalert.com/f37/mo...brics-com-3313

The documents shown in the link give every indication that it is actually Morgan Fabrics that is attempting to defraud workers.

Morgan Fabrics is a legitimate company in Los Angeles, CA. They do not
solicit workers as shown in the email the link above.

The only clues that this did not actually come from the real Morgan Fabrics, is the bad grammer and spelling and the Yahoo.com email address at the bottom.

The link above purports to warn against a fraud, but I believe the website is actually a fraud attempt in itself. The Blog entry shown in the link above gives every indication that Morgan Fabrics is actually attempting to extort monies from workers.

Could you please bring this website down, while this is investigated.

Regards

How is it possible for all of these sites to be deemed as scams? Have you actually tried the sites? I have friend who is working hard to build a positive reputation of her business and your site has it listed as a scam. Please help me understand how this works?

Thank you

Well, tell me who site it is and I will take a look at it. We do make mistake and I will correct it. But unless you are new to the internet, about 50% of what is online are scams related.

Thanks

I would agree with that. I am just curious as to what you consider a scam? If people are getting paid, then how is it a scam? NThorpe.com is the website. It was just added the other day.

Yep. That's what I thought. This is a tough one. Your friend perhaps probably purchased a program that recommended she advertised on job search engines blah blah blah..... She might not have been aware that most of the programs do not work and her ad is a mirror of scammers. The challenge here how do we separate the GOOD from the BAD when both are running the same kind of ADS.

Thanks,

Admin

Thanks, so what do you suggest as far as ads go? What can be done to keep people from reading your site an running with that as gospel. She really is an honest person, and wants her business to grow.

That's a tough one. It's not for me to suggest. Setting up a work at home business now a days is risky. Running work at home ads is risky. It's just not worth the headaches but some do succeed. I can not give you advice.

Thanks

I recently joined your site after stumbling onto it looking for information on a work at home letter i recieved in the mail. I sent two messages the first was to Jessica121 and the second to pcyr something requesting any information they may have on the business: Canadian Job/Work Source. There was absolutely no foul language or threats of any kind made in either email i sent. Yet, I was banned right after sending the messages and have no idea why. Can someone please shed some light on this for me.

Thank you in advance.

P.S. All I wanted was information before I sent a money order that I have already purchased!

My mistake. Yes I did banned you because scammers/spammers usually signed on with the sole purpose of spamming forum. I've since double check and corrected this.

My apology.

Thanks

I was victimized by www.rx-cs7.com

earlier this year and put the charge on my Chase credit card. I found out, after the fact, that this was a criminal enterprise and contacted Chase.

Chase claims that this is a legitimate merchant and that I'm obligated to pay the credit card bill. I've not yet paid the bill and no further charges have appeared on my chase card.

Thank you for your scamfraudalert. I've printed it and sent it to Chase to prove that this is a criminal merchant.
