I have a loan with them also... once I figured out how to contact them I've had no problems with their company. The phone number is 1-800-279-8511... If you want to talk to someone immediately go to the website... then type in the first page of information as if you were getting another loan... at the bottom of the second page there will be an icon for live online help.. you'll see a lady with a headset on it... click it and in a few seconds you'll be talking to someone who can help answer alot of your questions... the person I talked to gave me my user name and password. I received an email from them, but it didn't have any of that information... it ****ed that I had to go through all that to get it... but I finally did and the company has been great ever since.
