My name is Susan Nguyen. I saw my name on one of your posting on the scam.com. I just want to clarify that I was a employee of European Communications & Services (ECOS) for about 1 1/2 years, but I worked as a customer service at another company own by Ms. Nettig, called Soleil Uniforms. The reason why my name is on the BBB of South Florida is because one of her clients returned a item for a refund and did not get it. I was the person who worked out the diferences between the client and Ms. Nettig's company. I do not have anything to do with all this scams that she supposelly did or do. I was just a customer service person that used to pick-up the phone and take the orders. By the way, I was laid-off (thank God!) on december of 2004. A had many problems after I was laid-off and had to take them (ECOS/Ms. Claudia Nettig) to court, so the judge could decide who was right and who was wrong. Guess what? I was right and they were wrong. I am not surprise by your acusations, because they are very strange people and their money comes in by strange ways. I am just glade that it is over and I don't have to deals with Ms. Nettig and Mr. Deiser.

By the way, they closed Ecos and they opened Icon97. You should keep your eyes open.
