Breast Implant - Liquefied - Inamed Aesthetics

Further to my thread on Dr Daniel Fleming, my furthe rinvestigations have revealed that the plaintiff in the case against Dr Fleming had actually experienced a liquefaction of the implant.

This is a real worry. The implant is the modern cohesive-gel type and manufactured by Inamed Aesthetics (McGhan).

From what I understand the implant silicone has for unknown reasons liquefied leading to rupture and the liquid silicone leaking out and migrating to tissue within the plaintiff's body and causing granulomas.

I understand that Inamed Aesthetics has refused to offer any compensation, despite their defective product causing injury.

As an attorney, I would be interested to know of anyone who has experienced the same thing. Please leave a reply below with an email address on which to contact you.

If I get enough responses, I will look at a class action against the manufacturer.
