Re: Liberty League International aka Libertyleague.com

Yes there are definitely two camps on these kind of sites. Those that believe/or want to believe in MLM's (no matter what they call them they are MLM's) and those that know these are scams. I fall into the group that knows these are scams. Yes there are some heated debates but that's what happens in these kind of forums. I have found that the pro-MLMers are either perpetrating the scam or are being scammed. These people, try as they might cannot present a logical argument for these kinds of scams, it's all emotion and greed. And they definitely don't want to be confused with the facts about MLM's. They also have a vested interest in trying to legitimize the scam and get more recruits. The people who oppose these scams do so to hopefully prevent people form being scammed and really have nothing to gain except stopping these unethical "business" practices.

Also, I have no problem taking responsiblity for the choices I have made in my life and my career. I happen to be morally opposed to any unethical practice or scheme that is out to defraud innocent (and usually desperate, ill informed) people by selling them a "dream" of incredible and easily attained wealth.

And as to what is the "Ticket" it surely isn't in MLM's where 95% of all the people lose money. It may be to get a job in a field that you have training, education, or an interest in. It may be in starting a legitimate business where you provide a product or a service and not in recruiting people for overpriced products and "conferences". You seem to be part of the ever growing number of people that feel they deserve or are entitled to something without any effort. Good luck with that.
